The Program

I created this coaching program to help individuals at every stage of their fitness journey—whether you're just starting out, looking to step up your training, or simply needing fresh advice because you're not seeing results.

My goal is to cut through all the overwhelming information out there—whether it’s influencers selling you generic programs or social media advice that doesn't really apply to you. I focus on giving you a highly personalized experience, working one-on-one to help you stay on track. What matters to me is understanding what drives you and using that to create a custom plan and coaching style that’s built specifically for you.

I’m here to offer you my knowledge, motivation, and the personal attention you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.

  • It all starts with figuring out your goals and what really motivates you. We’ll kick things off with a virtual one-on-one session where we dig into what you’re aiming to achieve, what might be holding you back, and how I can help you overcome those challenges to get results.

  • After our 1:1 session, I’ll design a custom fitness plan tailored to your specific goals and our conversation. We’ll meet regularly to review progress, refine our approach, and work together to make sure you’re moving toward success.

  • In our initial sessions, we’ll talk about what drives you, any obstacles you’re facing, and the best ways for me to help you stay accountable. Whether it’s daily check-ins or creating specific, measurable, and realistic goals (SMART goals), we’ll set clear milestones. I’ll be with you every step of the way, pushing you and celebrating your progress as you hit those goals.

  • Coming from Dan"forth", the 4th step is to continuously set new goals, always looking how to improve 1% more than the day before and facing the next challenge.
