  • Is this a virtual or In-Person Program?

    The coaching program, for the most part, is virtual. From 1:1 meetings to goal setting and accountability checks. There is a physical training option for those that reside in the San Diego area where I am located.

  • What does the program entail?

    The program has a few options that ultimately will be decided in our first 1:1 meeting to see what is the best fit for you.

    The premium program entails a full tailored coaching approach from the first meeting understanding your goals, building a timeline to reach them, personalizing workouts and meal plans, 24/7 coaching, accountability checks, weekly meetings for goal and progress review. It truly is modified for each individual to best fit them and succeed.

    The standard program entails the 1:1 coaching meeting for goal building, tailored workout plan/meal plan, and bi-weekly check-in, as well as monthly review.

    The one time 1:1 sessions will focus more on goals and problems one is facing who may not be seeing the results they are wanting. From there they will receive a workout plan/meal plan and feedback to implement in their training and a session to go over plans.

  • What is the "4th" mean?

    As a tribute to my family name, 4th comes from Dan"forth".

  • I am new to working out, is this program a good fit for me?

    I truly want what is best for my clients, with that being said it is difficult to change an critique ones form while lifting in a virtual setting if that is what one is looking for. I am more than happy to help someone begin their fitness journey and provide guidance every step of the way. However, I would highly recommend getting a personal trainer (If you are not local to me in the San Diego) to learn the fundamentals and then come back to this program so we can succeed together.
