About Me

I graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s in Science and Education in Kinesiology, where I deepened my understanding of exercise and nutrition. My studies were enriched by learning from esteemed professors and doctors, which significantly shaped my approach to fitness and coaching.

I became an athlete at a young age, immersing myself in the world of competitive swimming through USA Swimming programs. I qualified and competed at prestigious events, including Speedo Sectionals and various national competitions. This deep-rooted involvement in swimming sparked my journey in health and fitness, igniting a lifelong passion for optimizing performance and well-being through rigorous training and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of fitness.

During high school, I competed nationally and served as captain of my team starting in my sophomore year. My love for coaching emerged early when I led my team and discovered a new enthusiasm for running workouts and motivating others.

In recognition of my leadership and merit, I was awarded the Posse Scholarship for the University of Virginia, selected from 1,200 applicants in the greater Houston area. This opportunity marked the transition from my competitive swim career to pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.

In college, I delved deeply into weightlifting, moving beyond my previous focus on maintaining a lean physique for races. I became obsessed with researching science-based workouts and effective muscle-building exercises, applying these insights to my training and nutrition for continuous improvement.

I have competed in and trained for Ironman triathlons, Spartan races, and numerous other competitive events. Drawing from my extensive experience as an athlete, swim coach, and trainer, I leverage my firsthand knowledge to not only excel in my own fitness pursuits but also to train, motivate, and support others in achieving their diverse fitness goals.

Today, I am dedicated to helping others reach their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching. My extensive background as an athlete and coach has enabled me to develop a tailored program designed to guide you through your fitness journey and achieve your next milestone.
